Cancellations: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Clients may cancel through the confirmation email received at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be processed without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Please note: Text messages are not accepted for cancellations unless the request is made within the 24-hour window. Late policy/Grace Period: A 5-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Clients must be checked in and inside the treatment room by the 5-minute mark. If the client has not arrived by 10 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and will be treated as a late cancellation. No shows: A no-show is defined as failure to arrive for an appointment without prior notice by phone, text, or email. No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. If the card on file is declined, the outstanding balance must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled. If you’re trying to reschedule same day your appointment will be cancelled and a new appointment with a new deposit will be made for your desired date and time.
